We cater to children's various needs from the age of 0-teens by offering pre-loved, unused, and unopened (new) kid-related products offering free pickup, delivery, and sanitization/disinfection of all products purchased through our website.
Our philosophy is pretty simple: We want to offer the best possible deal to parents for products that we all want to buy for our children time, and again, so it not only saves you money, it’s more sustainable as toys are made up of different materials, they are tough to recycle, and most of them are not biodegradable hence, your conscious effort to buy, sell & donate through our website will go a long way in saving the planet.
You may list products for babies and kids across different sections right from toys, unused diapers, baby food, infant accessories, gears (strollers, high chairs), furniture, clothes, footwear to school essentials, and stationary. Please note that we will not accept any listing for mattresses or used pacifiers and bottle teats due to safety and health reasons.
The minimum order value should be AED30/-.
Approval to list your product can take up to 24 hours. Once your listing goes live, keep an eye on the prices of similar listings on Toys We Loved.com. You can easily adjust your sale price at any time to help sell your product faster.
We will ship your package on the due date for when the delivery is scheduled in your emirate. It can take up to 5-7 working days for free shipping, and for Express Shipping, it will be 48 hours of receiving the order. In case you do not receive an email from us within 48 hours of placing an order, please check your spam folder. Please note; currently, we operate and deliver only in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah.
Yes! It is entirely safe to store your account details with us. The same data security tools that ToysWeLoved uses to protect buyers also protects the sellers. We want to provide a seamless selling process to sellers. Hence, it is mandatory to input your bank account details to transfer payment into your account directly after a successful sale of your item.
All your transactions online are protected & secured by SSL (secure socket layer) technology from Let's Encrypt. It encrypts your credit card and relevant information during the entire transaction process. This encryption makes your shopping experience safe and secure.

Yes, you are required to register with us in order to maintain your wishlist, account, and address details as well as receive timely offers from us if you choose to subscribe to our mailing list.
We make every effort to keep our website updated with items that have already been sold. However, there may be times when after listing a product, the seller decides not to sell the product but did not proceed with deleting the item from their sale list. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted, and due to some reason we cannot ship, we will notify you within 24 hours, and the hold placed on your card will be removed. If we have erroneously charged you, the money will be returned in the same mode by which the payment was made within 24 hours. Kindly follow up with your bank as sometimes they take up to 10-15 days to process the refund. Items that are sold and not available on our website may appear on display with a sold out tag. You can use the Notify Me option, and we will inform you if a similar product gets listed and available for purchase.
Buyers: Toys We Loved charges a 15% service fee on top of the sale price. This fee is displayed in the check-out process and covers the cost of maintaining the Toys We Loved platform, guaranteeing, and providing the best customer service.
Sellers: Once your products have sold, Toys We Loved charges a 15% service fee. This fee is displayed in the selling process and covers the cost of marketing your products to millions of potential buyers. This fee will be deducted from your payment.
Please note that service fee amounts may vary by product and are subject to VAT.
We provide Free Shipping on all orders in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman if you select the Free Shipping option at checkout. A fee of AED25/- applies in all other emirates. If you have opted for Express Shipping, an additional cost of AED20/- will be charged during checkout.
Our quality assurance team first checks each of the individual products. Once passed, they will be disinfected/sanitized using industry-standard products, securely packaged, and delivered to you on your doorstep.
Yes, all products are cleaned and disinfected/sanitized by us, however, items such as clothing, stroller covers, etc. will go through a deep clean and you will see a confirmation stamp on the packaging when it’s delivered to you.
We do not ship products outside UAE as of now but the site is accessible to all and we do take orders from around the world provided the shipping address is in UAE.
When you click on a product you are interested in, you go into the detail section where you can scroll through all the original images and videos (for electronic items). Besides the display images (which are for reference only), we do not edit original pictures in order to offer transparency to our buyers.
